SECURE DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Use your phone or wearable device to make payments
Add your PenFed cards to your device so you can start using it to pay for things quickly and securely in-store, in-app, or online.
Is there a fee associated with using a PenFed card in my digital wallet?
There is no cost from PenFed to use your digital wallet. Your credit card terms and conditions and/or your debit card’s membership agreement rules apply for purchases.
Which PenFed cards can I load in my digital wallet?
All PenFed credit or debit cards work with digital wallets. You may not always see the exact card image that matches your plastic card. That should not change the way you use and transact in your digital wallet.
Can I have more than one PenFed card in my digital wallet?
Yes, but the number of cards you can add may vary by digital wallet.
Can I add the same PenFed cards that I have in other digital wallets?
You can add any eligible PenFed credit or debit cards, including cards that you may have already loaded, into multiple digital wallets.
Am I liable for unauthorized charges made with my digital wallet?
Purchases made with your PenFed credit or debit cards have Visa’s Zero-Liability* Protection for any unauthorized card transactions. This means that you will not pay for any unauthorized transactions as long as they are reported promptly. Certain limitations apply. Please see your cardholder or membership agreement for complete details.
What if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, contact us immediately on the PenFed customer support number available in your wallet or by logging into http://www.penfed.org and going to your credit card account. Go to https://home.penfed.org/help/s/contact-us for call center hours, international phone number, chat help, or to submit a servicing form 24/7.
*Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.–issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Cardholder must notify issuer promptly of any unauthorized use. Consult issuer for additional details or visit http://www.visa.com/security.
