INTEREST RATES AND INTEREST CHARGES

ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR) FOR PURCHASES % when you open your account, based on your creditworthiness.* Your APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.
APRS FOR BALANCE TRANSFERS % introductory APR for 12 months on balance transfers made in the first days after account opening. After that, the APR for the unpaid balance and any new balance transfers will be a non-variable rate of %.
APR FOR CASH ADVANCES %
PENALTY APR AND WHEN IT APPLIES % if your minimum payment is not received within 60 days, your entire account is subject to change to the non-variable penalty APR. The penalty APR will remain in place until you make three consecutive monthly payments on or before the due date.
HOW TO AVOID PAYING INTEREST ON PURCHASES Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you interest on purchases if you pay your entire account balance, including balance transfers and cash advances, by the due date each month. We will begin charging interest on cash advances and balance transfers on the transaction date.

Military commissaries are supermarkets. Fuel purchases for airplanes and boats receive 1 point per dollar spent. Your card account must be open and in good standing to earn rewards.
