Three simple steps to protect your card

Log in: Access your account through PenFed Online or the mobile app.
Locate your card: Find the specific card you want to lock or unlock.
Toggle the lock: On the Account Details page, locate the Lock/Unlock your card feature, click the icon to be taken to the card lock on/off switch.

Additional information

Locking your card may not stop recurring charges like subscriptions.
