If you experience an unauthorized or suspicious transactions, report them to PenFed immediately.

Once an unauthorized transaction is reported, we will investigate and resolve it quickly.

Visa’s Zero Liability Policy± is our guarantee that you won't be held responsible for unauthorized charges made with your PenFed Debit or Credit Visa card. You are covered if your card is ever lost, stolen or fraudulently used. Cardholders must use care in protecting their card and notify PenFed immediately of any unauthorized use.
Unauthorized transactions made with the PenFed Visa Debit Card or PenFed Visa Credit Card are covered by Visa’s Zero Liability Policy±.
