  • Unexpired US passport
  • Unexpired US driver’s license
  • Unexpired US state ID
  • Unexpired US permanent resident card
  • Unexpired US employment authorization card
  • Unexpired US visa (holder must pass the substantial presence test)

  • Unexpired US driver’s license
  • Unexpired US state ID
  • Unexpired vehicle registration
  • Utility bill
  • Current homeowner’s or renter’s insurance statements
  • Current military orders
  • Assisted living facility statement
  • Lease agreement (must be signed by both parties)
  • Bank statement (only accepted from Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Guam)
  • Current mortgage statement
