Replacing your card
If your credit, debit, or ATM card is damaged, you can easily request a replacement card, here’s how.
For credit cards
- Log in to the PenFed mobile app or PenFed Online
- Find and click your credit card account
- On the Account Details page, click Replace Card
- Complete the order details and click Next
For debit and ATM cards
- Log in to PenFed Online
- Find and click your checking or savings account linked to your card
- On the Account Details page, click Replace Card
- Complete the order details and click Next
Your replacement card should arrive within ten business days
Lost or Stolen cards
