Your existing balance as of September 7, 2026, plus the new money as of September 30, 2026, must stay in the PenFed Checking until January 31, 2027 (the Balance Maintenance Period) to be eligible for the Bonus offer. Your September 4, 2026, ending balance (the Starting Balance) will be used to calculate the new deposit balance. Bonus amount will be calculated based on the difference between the minimum balance during the Balance Maintenance Period and the Starting Balance.
