By consenting to receive all disclosures electronically, I understand and agree that PenFed may, but is not obligated to, provide electronically any and all communications regarding this product and ongoing maintenance of the product.

Paper Copies of Disclosures and Documents

Even if I consent to the electronic delivery of disclosures and signatures, I understand that I may also receive a paper copy of such disclosures or electronically-signed documents.  To request paper copies of mortgage-related documents, please contact PenFed by phone at 1-800-970-7766 or by writing to: Pentagon Federal Credit Union, 7940 Jones Branch Drive, Mclean, VA 22102.  To request paper copies of any other documents, please contact PenFed by phone at 1-800-247-5626. Withdrawing Consent To Electronic Delivery

I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent to receive electronic delivery of my disclosures and sign documents electronically at any time. For mortgage-related documents, I may do so by contacting PenFed by phone at 1-800-970-7766 or in writing at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, 7940 Jones Branch Drive, Mclean, VA 22102.  For any other documents, I may do so by contacting PenFed at 1-800-247-5626. If I withdraw my consent, I understand that I may not be eligible for certain PenFed products that are only available online.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to access, view, and retain electronic disclosures and electronically-signed documents, I confirm that I have:

• A computer with an Internet connection and sufficient electronic storage capacity on its hard drive or other data storage unit, or a printer in the event I want to save a paper copy of my disclosures or other documents;

• An e-mail account with an Internet Service Provider and an e-mail software or web-based e-mail service at which I can receive e-mail messages;

• A web browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer, JavaScript, and Adobe Acrobat Reader 10 or higher.

Should these requirements for accessing or retaining the disclosures and documents change, PenFed will notify me and require that I confirm my ability to continue to receive electronic disclosures and documents. I will also have the right to withdraw my consent for electronic delivery of my account documents at that point.

Procedures to Maintain E-Mail Address

I agree to maintain my current e-mail address with PenFed and promptly update PenFed on any change to this information. I will ensure that I have adjusted the settings with my internet service provider or e-mail account provider to accept e-mails from PenFed.

Statement of Consent

I have read the information about the use of electronic disclosures, documents, and other communications and the use of electronic signatures in connection with this product. I consent to the use of electronic records to provide disclosures, documents, and electronic signatures in connection with my account in place of printed documents and handwritten signatures. I have an account with an internet service provider, and I am able to send e-mail and receive e-mail with attached files and hyperlinks to websites. I consent to be bound by the terms, conditions, and requirements of this agreement.
