FAQs
Once you have earned a minimum of $0.01 in cash rewards, redeeming is simple. You can choose to redeem in the form of: 1. Statement credit to your Power Cash Rewards account. 2. Transfer into your eligible PenFed Checking or Share account. 3. Transfer into your account at another institution. Simply click ‘Redeem Rewards’ and follow the prompts to complete your cash redemption. First time ACH users will need to establish a new non-PenFed transfer account prior to requesting their first ACH redemption request via the transfers tab at the top menu in PenFed online banking. You may change to another option anytime by selecting Redeem Rewards. Accounts reported lost or stolen must re-enroll in a redemption option.
Cash rewards do not expire and remain on the account for 120 days after account closure.
There is no limit! You can earn cash back on your purchases all year, without the worries of a dollar limit on the amount you can earn.
