Setting Up Payees

Biller Setup Assistant

When using Access Bill Pay for the first time, you will be presented with the opportunity to use the Biller Setup Assistant to establish billers (the Biller Setup Assistant can also be found under the “Help” tab for use at a later time).

1. Select a biller from a list of popular billers or find another using the search box as seen below. Click on the biller you wish to add then click “Add.”
Note: If your desired biller is not listed, you may add them manually by typing the full name and then clicking “Add.”

    2. You will then be prompted to enter your account information. When you are finished, click on “Save.”

3. Once saved, you will receive confirmation that your biller has been added. You may add another biller or click “Exit and start paying bills.”

"Pay Someone New"

On subsequent visits to Access Bill Pay, you may add new billers by following the steps below.

1. Click on the “Pay Someone New” link at the top, left of Access Bill Pay.

2. Select a biller from a list of popular billers or find another using the search box as seen below. Click on the biller you wish to add then click “Add.”
Note: If your desired biller is not listed, you may add them manually by typing the full name and then clicking “Add.”

3. Once saved, you will receive confirmation that your biller has been added. You may add another biller or click “Exit and start paying bills.”

4. On the next screen, enter your account information and click “Confirm.”
