Three Keys to Choosing a Realtor®
When buying a home, it's important to select a real estate agent you can trust. You
may be working with this individual for several months, so chemistry counts!
Your agent will be responsible for both helping you find the right house and making
sure the deal goes through at the lowest price. Meanwhile, the sellers of the homes
you’re looking at will have a seller's (or listing) agent trying to get the best offer for

developments on properties you're interested in.
3. Strong references
Start your search by asking local friends or relatives if they have an agent they
recommend. However, be wary of using a friend or relative as your relator. You want
to be able to maintain a professional relationship that won't impact your personal life.
Don't be afraid to ask for references from your Realtor®. References can be a good
source of information about your relator's negotiation skills, attentiveness and
