How to Change Alert Preferences

1. Click on the “Help” tab on the menu located on the right of Access Bill Pay and then on “Alert Preferences.”

2. Change the alert format to plain text or HTML by clicking the e-mail format drop-down menu.
3. Select or de-select any available alerts as desired and click “Save.”
Note: Alerts that are greyed-out cannot be changed
