How do I activate E-Statements?

You can change or confirm your statement delivery option by logging into PenFed Online.

  1. First, login with your username and password.
  2. From the Main Menu page, click the “Statements and Documents” tab near the top of the page.
  3. Then click the “Delivery Preferences” tab. Your current statement delivery preferences will be listed.
  4. To select your option to go paperless, click the green envelope icon.
  5. Please read the "Election and Agreement for the Electronic Delivery of All Statements, Disclosures and Notices," and then check the box appropriately.
  6. Once you have verified the primary email address on file, please click "Update" to verify your selection.
  7. You will then receive an email response that confirms that the email address you provided is correct.

Once your email address has been confirmed, going forward, you will receive a monthly email notification informing you that your statement is ready to view online.
