Sign-up for E-Messages
Tired of all of that mail showing up at your mailbox or post office box? Then sign up for E-Messages and help cut down on the clutter!
You have several options to choose from on what type of messages you wish to receive electronically and can receive E-Messages on:
- E-Statements (for your consolidated accounts) - Receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready. Save money, save time, save trees.
- Credit Card E-Statements/Bills
- Tax Statement Notifications - Access your IRS tax forms online!
- Loan Application Notifications
- Account Alerts - Receive an e-mail when an action is taken on your account(s) where you are the primary account holder.
- Informational Alerts - Receive an e-mail when your personal information changes such as address, contact e-mail, password, or PIN.
How to Sign-Up for E-Messages
Signing up is simple. Log onto your PenFed Online account and go to the "Go Paperless" tab at the top (highlighted in green). Then you will need to select to opt-in for all E-Messages, or select any multiple of the following:
- Consolidated Account Statements
- Credit Card Bills/Statements
- All Other PenFed Communications
- IRS Tax Statements
- All of the Above
