Best Professional Development Program - Gold Rush Chapter was selected for conducting the best professional development program during the award year. They conducted a very successful Officer Professional Development weekend with over 325 Warrant Officers and potential Warrant Officers in attendance.

Community Affairs Award for Donations - Rhein-Neckar Silver Chapter was selected for contributing the most financially to their community during the award year. They donated over $10,600 to various charities.

Community Affairs Award for Services  Lord Fairfax Silver Chapter was selected for providing the best community sustaining program during the award year. Most notable is the Chapter's work with the Soldier’s and Sailor’s Home, Support of Retiree’s Day and the Adopt-a Highway Programs.

Community Affairs Award for Sustaining Programs - Heidelberg Chapter was selected for providing the best community sustaining program during the award year. They contributed nearly $4000.00 to sustain their various community projects and programs.

Best Chapter Web Site - Aloha Chapter was selected for providing the best chapter web site.
