'Best Job in the Army'
"Being a warrant officer is the best job in the Army," Chief Warrant Officer 3 Steve Stolarczyk said standing inside a helicopter hangar near Aberdeen, Md. Stolarczyk speaks about his job duties with confidence. As a pilot and warrant officer, he is expected to be an expert in Army aviation.

Reserve Warrants Must Complete Advanced Courses
Warrant officers in the Army Reserve now have to complete advanced warrant officer training courses before they can be promoted to chief warrant officer 3 and 4.

Web Site Holds Reserve Warrants' Information
A new web site for Army Reserve warrant officers is being developed that will allow warrants to stay connected, exchange ideas and seek mentorship.
